In the beginning of 2008, many of Van's albums were released again, 
newly remastered and with bonus tracks. 
Avalon Sunset vas originally released in 1989. 
This contains 2 unreleased bonus tracks. All the 
new releases has been remastered at 96 kHz 24 bit 
and they sound very fine.
Avalon Sunset is one of my favorite albums with Van, 
from his great period. I think he's at his best in the 
70's and 80's. The 90's and 00's is not so good. What I like 
so much is the contemplative and relaxing sound on those albums
